The service
KushDawa provides an online shop at https://kushdawa.com. You can browse products, create a customer account, place a delivery order, and pay by mobile money in Ugandan shillings. These terms apply to the website and to customer accounts.
Accounts
You can register with your phone number and email, or continue with Google. If you use Google, you allow KushDawa to use your Google name and email address to open and sign in to your customer account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details private.
Orders and delivery
An order is an offer to buy the products shown at checkout. We accept it when the order is confirmed in your account. Delivery is available to the address you provide. Times shown in the shop are estimates. You must be available to receive the order and must be 18 or older.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Ugandan shillings. Mobile-money payments are collected by our payment provider. A payment is complete when we receive confirmation from that provider. If a payment fails, the order is not paid and we may cancel it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with orders or payments, or use KushDawa for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, including information received when you continue with Google, and how to ask for your account to be deleted.
