Who we are
KushDawa is an online shop and delivery service at https://kushdawa.com. This policy explains what we collect when you browse the site, create an account, sign in with Google, or place an order. It applies to the KushDawa website and customer accounts.
Information we collect
- Account details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Delivery details, including addresses and order notes.
- Order and payment records, including the amount in Ugandan shillings and the mobile-money number used for a payment.
- Messages you send through the site.
- Technical data such as browser type, device, and pages visited, collected through cookies and Google Analytics.
Google sign-in
If you choose Continue with Google, KushDawa receives your Google account name, email address, and email verification status. We use that information only to create or sign you in to a KushDawa customer account and to show your name in the shop.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it. We do not use it to train generalised models. KushDawa’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
We use your information to create and secure your account, take and deliver orders, confirm mobile-money payments, reply to you, prevent fraud, and understand how the shop is used. We send service messages, such as order updates, to the email or phone number on the account.
Who we share it with
We share what is needed to run the order: delivery details with the person delivering it, and payment details with our mobile-money payment provider. Google processes sign-in when you choose that option, and Google Analytics processes site-usage data. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is open and for as long as we need them for delivery, payment records, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and the Google information stored with it.
Your choices
You can update your profile in your account, reject non-essential cookies in the cookie notice, and disconnect Google by signing in with email instead. To delete your KushDawa account or ask a question about this policy, email [email protected].
Age
KushDawa is for people who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.
